I eat with my emotions?
Isn’t it obvious yet? Hehehe… But at least after eating this massive food I was running like a dog and working out so hard at the gym no. (At least I am doing something!!!) Hindi nakahilata lang. [Hindi naman ako ganun ka batugan lols.]
I have read somewhere that If you eat in response to your feelings, especially when you are not hungry, you are an emotional eater. Ekkkkkkkkkkkkk… So I think I am an emotional eater then. Cause even if I am not hungry I eat, I dunno but I love munching anything even - for a fact that I just ate a meal. (My emotions are more hungry than my body?)
Pasta ala Young
Saturday: This is my 6th day of working my @$$ to the fullest… Yes, I work 6 days a week and was on call for tomorrow (it was confirmed an hour ago that’ll I’ll still be working tomorrow - uhg!!!)
Though I have plans for tomorrow, work comes first as always lol (Hello, surebowl na pera na yon no! Hahahaha) My plan was to throw ChuvaChienes a surprise brunch on our patio (O diva) Eh ganun talaga hindi naman nya ako babayaran no so papasok na lang ako lols… (Mamamasukan sa iba lols tutal hindi nya maibigay-bigay ang 10 years na review na hinihingi ko uhg!)
To make up for tomorrow? What I did is just cook us a dinner (Kahit na medyo pagoda tragedy ako!)… Pasta ala Young… Since it’s still summer, this pasta that I just cooked is perfect for summer… Take a look!
Spaghetti: AGAIN???
Spaghetti na-naman?
Did you guys know about the story of pancit (lo mein) and why Chinese people have chinky eyes? Okay [hearsay...] this is not definitely according to me nor the research elves of the fairie.
Sabay hawak sa ulo (just like the image above) - somewhat making face or frowning with hands on the side of their head/eyes - nila, hanggang sila ay nasingkit. [HAHAH, syet, ang korni... Parang si Demi!]
