My Own Berrrry Mojito

Raising the drinking age to 21 has fostered a culture of clandestine binge drinking and that students’ use of fake identification has eroded their respect for the law.

It is such a heated debate in several states here in America… There are alot of states involved but all have different kinds of petition uhg… Thank God I am one of the college presidents or else I would petition to lower it to 15 end of discussion! HAHAHA…

There are more than 100 college presidents, including from Saint Joseph’s, Widener and Arcadia, want to start discussion about lowering drinking age from 21. Freshman 14 set to increase to Freshman 25.

Mojito (Mo-jee-to) is a traditional Cuban drink which became popular here in the US of A during mid 80s. [Next time I'll be doing a Caipirinha.]

The traditional mojito is made of five ingredients: spearmint, rum, sugar (sugar cane juice), lime, and soda water. It’s such a perfect drink for a hot and humid weather, it is crystal clear why is it so popular during summer. With all the combination of sweetness and refreshing citrus from lime and spearmint.

Yesterday, before heading to the gym and ride that stationary dyke? LOLS! I made myself this refreshing drink - not so the tradional ones, I added flare to my mojito! (since I have some leftover blackberries in the fridge.)

The spearmint is the foundation of the mojito.

A must is rum (Cuban - if you could as in Tanduay? lol!) Sugar cane juice (you can substitute with simple syrup… mixture of sugar and water)
