Last Saturday we was “Butsi Gang” at Tom’s birthday party. There were alot of foods (Yes, you read that right!, WE don’t have to go to “some diner” after the party bwehehe…) *ARAYAT* Right Monay? [Bwhehehe]
Whenever somebody in the group is going to celebrate their birthday… This sweet treat is already expected from America’s Top Monay (Cakeaholic, should I say baking ng Ina mo? LOLS!)

Monay, talagang ang presentention is a must ang mga baby’s breath naman talaga no? Hmmm birthday pa lang yan 3 layers na hehehe, bakit sa akin noon isang layer lang? (Like you, inggetera ako!) Ganun, may favoritism? Hmmm… *Asan ang manager mo? Ng maka pag-complain!!!* MANAGERRRRRRRRR…
Hoy, the baby’s breath was not my idea noh. I left the cake there without any decorations on the table. Pinatanggal ko nga when I came back for the party dahil it looks so tacky. If I had time to fix that table when I delivered the cake, I would have some swaddling piece of cloth underneath the cake and perhaps some vases with flowers chorva on the sides.
Hindi favoritism yan. Pinilit lang ako sa 3 tiers na yan with matching emotional blackmail pa. Ini-stress talaga ako ng lola mo. Diva nga, pagoda tragedy na ako from my trip tapos may I karir pa yang cake na yan (diva, ang sama ng loob). Ganoon, ang mga friends natin ha, spoiled na at laging tiered cakes ang gusto eh hello, debut mo ba? Ikakasal ka ba? Charing !!!
Pero tenchu talaga for featuring my cake. Sana may picture nung slice para naman makita nila kung ano yung nasa loob (Hoy, hindi styrofoam ang nasa loob ng icing noh. Ano koh, Joni’s or Goldilock’s ?).

Eh sinong santo ninong edeya yong baby’s breath? Bwaahaha… Oo nga eh may nag email sa akin hindi daw nya kakainin ang keyk mo kasi may damo - bwehehe sabi ko ewan ko pero chorva yon noong gumawa eh lol… At saka bakit nasa may stairs? Ano ba yon???
Birthday ko malapit na din sa Disyembre, kabog ang keyk na gusto ko… 5 Layers tita!

MissPinkBiik, that is true. I make cakes for my friends free of charge. Kahit na ini-stress nila ako sa demands nila. Eh, hello, nagbayad ba kayo? Altho I make them my guinea pigs so kung may ite-test akong recipe, bringlalush na sa mga friends dahil I don’t need the sugar noh.
Pero I take orders too. I have a very good mocha cake recipe although there’s another recipe I’d like to test as well. Para akong America’s Test Kitchen, comparing and contrasting different recipes. Just let me know.
