911 Special: Chicharong bituka

Is great with beer! It is a Filipino delicacy made from pork or chicken intestines.

I love eating this kind of chicharon than the pork skin chicharon, I love it’s texture and crispiness, but I am really careful when eating this stuff. It’s very high in cholesterol and if you eat bit too much you might find yourself dialing 9-1-1 in no time hehehe. That’s why I call this food pampa-bata or 911 special.
