Puto bumbong at mainit na stokolate

Yesterday afternoon we was in the Filipino store [Bought Alfonso tablea and the ingredients for the puto bumbong.] and even saw nakita namin sila RezeenTot at si Miss Pink Biik o diva!

Pramis sumakit ang mga kamay at kili-kili ko kakakayod noong Ube at niyog arggggggggggggggg…

Ekkkkk joke lang! Hehehe… I am not out of my cotton pickin’ mind ha! For the puto bumbong I just bought Ube mix no the one in packets already and glutinous rice powder and frozen niyog. I don’t have all the time in the world to make kayod-kayod the Ube at niyog ha. Besides there is no purple yam here!

Perfect combination? This is my mieryenda yesterday. Sarappppppp! I pramis I had multiple orgasmssssssss… Sa mainit na stokolate pa lang ni Mang Alfonso!

Ingredients: Frozen niyog, ready mix ube powder, glutinous rice (powder).

Step 1: In a bowl, mix 1 packet of ube mix with 2 cups of glutinous rice put 1/2 water. *Mixing while doing the macarena!* You kind of want your mixture to be a little bit sticky… So make sure that your water is just enough… Not too much not too little!

Step 2: Pinch a little, then roll it between your palms. Then throw those babies in hot water. You will know if it’s cook already once those babies are up in the water - oo lulutang-lutang na parang ewan lols.

Step 3: Put them in a plate and add some butter and coconut! I prefer mine with brown sugar.

Step 4: Lafangan na!

This mieryinda is less than $15! *Pasok na ba ako uli sa show ni Rachel Ray ngayon?* Hehehe… The tablea is about $2.30 i guess… Glutinous rice is roughly $3.00, Ube mix is $1.50, Frozen niyog is $3.00
plus tax hehehe… The most important thing? Napakadali nitong gawin! Wala pang trenta minuto!
