Drinking and Eating
People who drink the largest quality of alcohol, even infrequently, have the poorest eating habits, while people who drink the least amount of alcohol have the best quality diets, according to research by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. [Well this re-search is not a FAQ! How come I drink more and still eat more? It's like the more I drink the more I eat. It's ratio's like 1:1. Can somebody from the Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism darn explain this thing to me...]
To my NOT-SO-ANONYMOUS alcoholic friends/readers out there, just a friendly reminder ha always eat before drinking! [For more alcohol consumption! That is... Hehehe.] For It slows down your rate of alcohol consumption and lowers your blood alcohol consumption. (It just takes you longer to get drunk and less likely to vomit all over your house.) As for myself, I eat before and after drinking. (This kind of works for me. Eating Just keeps me sober all the time.) Ewan ko ba anong sikmura meron ako. GrrrrRrrrRrrRrr - Parang sikmura ng Hyena!
