Lobster
are normally purchased live with their claws banded to prevent them from injuring each other or the purchaser.
Best eaten when fresh, Lobsters are generally prepared and cooked while they are still alive. Place the live lobster into a pot of boiling water or steam. Lobsters are also served fried, grilled and even baked.
TIP: Just a friendly cooking ng ina mo reminder - Do not freeze the lobster, it may toughen the meat.











Nothing like fresh Live Lobster to tantalize your taste buds, you do have to watch out for the claws though.
