Tuyo with Capers
Who could imagine that Tuyo would be a delicatessen and a product to be exported out of the Philippines?
I have posted something about this awhile ago at my other blog diwatangbyaning that Tuyo at Daing (dried and salt cured fish) is being used in most of their dishes over there like their salads and pastas. - Hmmm I think I’ll be doing Tuyo pasta one of these days, hays… I am quite getting hungry!
For now, am going to settle with this - Tuyo and freshly cooked rice *YUM*
Best eaten with a side of freshly brewed coffee, Ekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk NOT, it’s espresso hehehehe…

ate diws mas mukang daing kesa tuyo yan pinirito mo.

OO masarap ang tuyo with capers compared sa tuyo in olive oil hehehe.. (If I know Baguio oil lang yan bwahahaha…) Hmm try mo sa Asian grocery. Pero mine I got it sa Pinas dala ng aking couriers lol…
