Lobster
are normally purchased live with their claws banded to prevent them from injuring each other or the purchaser.
Best eaten when fresh, Lobsters are generally prepared and cooked while they are still alive. Place the live lobster into a pot of boiling water or steam. Lobsters are also served fried, grilled and even baked.
TIP: Just a friendly cooking ng ina mo reminder - Do not freeze the lobster, it may toughen the meat.
Late Night Snacking: To beat it or not to beat it?
Kind of hard to answer huh?
Last Saturday me and ChuvaChienes found ourselves in the middle of nowhere in Chinatown looking for some open Chinese joint (where we could pig out? hahaha - now that is so NOTorious MSG right there!) that are still open at that time (2AM!) Hehehe…
Restaurants in Chinatown are open until 4AM (I guess) most specially during weekends!
For most people this time of the night are already sleeping already or maybe just relaxing/chilling out in their their homes, just doing their thing. But with us - we are in Chinatown, doing our thing, trying to PIG OUT! And yes we not care weather to beat late night snacking or not to beat it… WE JUST EAT - WE ARE HUNGRY! [Red my lepssss!!!]
We are arguing weather we are eating at David’s Mai Lai Wa or the same old Jade Harbour [Both in 10th and Race streets.] You see, whenever we go out we always head to Jade Harbour (Am just tired of it! Food is good there - But, I just want something new!) But then according to ChuvaChienes apparently may ifis daw sa Mai Lai Wa! (aba malay ko!) Eh diba yon nga nagpapasarap? Ekkkkk - Bwahahaha… Seriously!
The infamous Jade Harbour, home of the Notorious MSG aka Butsi Gang! [May ganyan bang tambayan ang Gucci Gang? Wala! Kasi hindi nagkakain ang mga yon!]
Happy Hour: Bump [Follow up!]
I got a little bit carried away with my entry before this one,
so I went to Bump and met up with my friend John [Whom I used to date alot - as in alot before, that is when - I was still single and evelevel lol...] for cocktails.
I am so ready to go down this list and get drunk!!! [I just hope, I don't get kick out - hahaha]
Anyhow Patco is just right in the corner… [Madali lang for me gumapang bweheheh... On both sides of 13th and Locust Streets there is a Patco.]
Happy Hour: Bump
Nothing beat cocktail hours at Bump!
Bump is a great place for happy hour, where can you get drinks for $3 dollars? I love Bump, most especially during summer - where you can enjoy your cocktail on their very cozy outdoor patio.
Bump is the place to be if you are looking for fun nights in Center City right in the heart of gayborhood!
I had too many drunk great/fun/wasted moments in Bump. So if you is looking for a place get wasted during 5PM-7PM - Bump it is!
Extend it!
When making the decision about to extending the length of the penis do you consider a penis enlargement like the X4 Extender?, Or some male enhancement pills? it is important to do your research to make sure that you find a product that is recommended and will provide positive results. One such product is the X4 Extender. This type of extender is used by men that want the same thing…a longer penis.
The penis extender is originally developed as a non-surgical treatment to Peyronie’s disease.
I ordered 205!
Earlier today I was in Chinatown in Center City for brunch, nothing special - Am just by myself, for a change noh!
Whenever am craving for some Vietnamese Food? I go to (Pho) Xe Lua that’s for sure! It’s Vietnamese-Thai restaurant located in Center City’s Chinatown in 9th and Race Sts.
I love their pho, spring/summer rolls and their rice dishes. In fact I was considering an order of spring rolls (cha gio) and an entree but I have figured out that it’s just too much since am just by myself. I don’t want to carry a doggie bag around - I have plans already…
Linguine with creamy white sauce
3 tablespoons butter
4 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
Melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook a minute. Slowly add milk, whisking vigorously. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool to room temperature, with buttered paper over top to prevent a skin from forming.

AlTangHap: Tapsilog
Last Friday night I was out with friends and was at home by 4am in the morning by the time I was set off to bed it was already almost 5am uhg… I woke around 4pm in the afternoon ugh… [I have wasted my whole Saturday just by lying on the bed for the whole afternoon, I hate it!]
I always want to be productive! Hear that? Lols… So I decide to cook for myself an AlTangHap (Almusal-Tanghalian-Hapunan) It’s breakfast-lunch-dinner in one.
Antipasti: Insalata Caprese
Antipasti is an Italian word meaning literally “before the pasta.” antipasti is served simply as a dish of assorted meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables, but the term may also be affixed to another type of food to indicate that the antipasti accompanies it. The most common example of this use of the term is antipasti salad, which is usually a green salad covered in various cheeses, olives, cold cuts, and other assorted meats.
Last night after doing our annually food shopping (lol) Missed/Bb. ChuvaChienes prepared this Insalata Caprese, thanks ChuvaChienes! (Iba talaga ang nagagawa ng social climbing 101.) If y’all don’t know, ChuvaChienes Y Byahera just got back from Milan last week at ito ang kanyang natutuhan sa kanyang mga friends na royalties doon…
